FRESH CONTENT FOR YOUR CLUB

Your golf club is more than the course itself. A content day can capture the people, places and work behind the club alongside the golf course — creating a varied library of photography and video for your website, social media and marketing.

From updated course photography and drone footage to greenkeeping, clubhouse hospitality, staff portraits and interviews, each visit can be tailored around the content your club actually needs.

With courses still looking their best towards the end of the main season, it’s an ideal opportunity to refresh your content library. And as the seasons change, there are still plenty of stories to tell — from autumn colour and winter course conditions to behind-the-scenes work and preparations for the season ahead.

CONTENT BUILT AROUND YOUR CLUB

Every golf club has different priorities. A content day can be tailored around what you need most, creating a varied library of photography and video rather than a fixed package.

COURSE PHOTOGRAPHY

Fresh imagery of the course, signature holes, clubhouse and facilities for websites, social media and visitor marketing.

DRONE & HOLE FLYOVERS

Aerial photography and video showcasing individual holes, the layout of the course and its wider setting.

GREENKEEPING & BEHIND THE SCENES

Show the work that goes into presenting the course, from daily preparation and machinery to seasonal projects.

PEOPLE & CLUB STORIES

Staff, captains, committee members, professionals and members — from professional portraits to natural images and interviews.

CLUBHOUSE & HOSPITALITY

Photography and video of your clubhouse, food and drink, functions, pro shop and the wider experience away from the course.

VIDEO & SOCIAL CONTENT

Short-form video, reels, interviews and supporting footage designed to give your club fresh content for social media.

SEE WHAT A CONTENT DAY CAN CREATE

A single visit can create a varied collection of content to use across your website, social media and wider marketing. Photography, aerial imagery and video can be combined to tell the story of the course and the club around it.

COURSE & CLUB PHOTOGRAPHY

The end of the main golf season is a great opportunity to refresh your library of course photography while fairways, greens and surrounding areas are still in good condition.

As autumn and winter arrive, the changing light can also create completely different opportunities. Lower sun, longer shadows, frost and more dramatic conditions can showcase the shape and character of holes in ways that are often difficult to capture during the height of summer.

A content day can focus on signature holes, course landscapes, golfers, clubhouse facilities and the smaller details around the club, creating fresh imagery for your website, social media, visitor marketing and the season ahead.

DRONE & AERIAL CONTENT

Late-season and winter conditions can be particularly effective for aerial photography and video, with lower light helping to reveal contours, bunkering and the wider layout of a golf course.

Drone content can include aerial photography, cinematic footage and individual hole flyovers, giving visitors a different perspective on the course and providing versatile material for websites, social media and promotional video.

Aerial coverage can be combined with ground photography during the same visit, with filming planned around suitable weather, course activity, airspace requirements and any necessary permissions.

STAFF & COMMITTEE HEADSHOTS

The quieter months are also an ideal opportunity to update staff, professional and committee photography without relying on peak course conditions.

Consistent professional headshots can be created for club managers, professionals, greenkeeping teams, catering staff, committee members and other key people around the club, providing up-to-date imagery for websites, social media, newsletters and press use.

Portraits can be kept clean and professional or photographed naturally around the clubhouse and course to create a style that better reflects the character of the club.

PRIZE GIVING & TEAM PHOTOGRAPHY

Prize givings are an opportunity to professionally capture the achievements of members and create a lasting record of the club’s winners throughout the season.

Photography can include individual trophy winners, presentations, competition champions and group photographs, providing high-quality images for the club website, social media, newsletters, press and future club records.

Club team photography can also be included, from junior and senior teams to representative squads and other club groups, creating consistent professional images that can be used throughout the season and form part of the club’s photographic archive.

INTERVIEWS & SOCIAL VIDEO CONTENT

Not every piece of golf club content needs perfect summer course conditions. Autumn and winter can be an ideal time to focus on the people, stories and work behind the club.

Interviews with captains, greenkeepers, professionals, staff and members can cover everything from course projects and club history to membership, events and preparations for the season ahead. Behind-the-scenes footage of greenkeeping, clubhouse activity and day-to-day club life can make this content even more engaging.

Combined with short-form vertical video and reels, these stories can provide clubs with interesting social content throughout the quieter months while keeping members and potential visitors engaged.

CONTENT BEYOND THE MAIN SEASON

Golf course photography doesn’t have to stop when summer ends. Autumn colour, low winter sunlight, frost and changing weather can create some of the most distinctive conditions of the year.

The quieter months also provide opportunities to capture a different side of the club from course maintenance and improvement projects to the people working behind the scenes and preparations for the season ahead.

LATE SEASON CONTENT DAYS

Make the most of the remaining season or start building a library of content for the months ahead.

I have a limited number of additional dates available during September for golf clubs looking to refresh their photography, video or social media content.

Each content day is tailored around your priorities, whether that’s capturing the course while conditions remain strong, creating drone footage, telling the stories behind the club or producing content that can keep your social channels active throughout autumn and winter.

ONGOING CONTENT & SOCIAL MEDIA SUPPORT

For clubs looking for more than a one-off content session, AKH Golf can also provide ongoing photography, video and social media support throughout the year.

Regular content can help keep members engaged, promote club activity, showcase the course and facilities, and support visitor golf and membership marketing.

Support can range from regular content creation and planning to a fully managed social media package, helping your club maintain a consistent presence through the winter and into the 2027 season.
